Shipping Printed invitations:
Upon placing an order for printed invitations, the proof(s) will be emailed to you for print prereview. Your APPROVAL is REQUIRED before any printing takes place.
Upon receiving your approval for the printing process to begin, your order will be scheduled for printing in the next 1-2 business days.
Please allow up to 10 business days prior to receiving your order, a tracking number will be provided with our confirmation email once your order ships.
if you have not received your proof via the advertised turn around time when placing an order, please urgently get in touch with us via email or phone after checking your spam & junk folders.
Shipping business days are defined as Monday through Friday.
Shipping business days exclude Saturday’s, Sunday’s, New year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Canada Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving (US & Canada), and Christmas.
Refund Policy for Digital Items
Due to the nature of digital files and the design work involved, no refunds will be issued once an order has been delivered to your email inbox. However, a refund will be processed if you cancel your order in the following hour of placing it prior to any work being done.
Refund & Returns Policy for Printed Invitations
The products sold by Baby Printables are custom printed and therefore not eligible for returns. There are no refunds on printed invitations or their matching items. The only exception is granted for order cancellation in the following hour of placing it prior to any proofs being sent.
Should our company be at fault for quality issues with your order, please get in touch with us providing photos along with your order number. We will work with you to identify the next steps in getting this rectified.
Reprints due to Typos/Misspellings
The client is responsible for the file layout, content, and text. Typos or other potential errors are the responsibility of the client. As mentioned above, we only start the printing process after receiving the confirmation of the client for the design, text and size. If an order needs to be reprinted due to an error or typo please contact us. We will be happy to assist the client with placing a discounted reprint order.
Incorrect or Insufficient Address
If an order is not delivered per published timelines and/or returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient shipping address, the client is not eligible for a refund. We will, however, reship the order to a corrected address at a reduced cost if the order is returned to us by the carrier.
